so..every time i order from you something is wrong. Today was no chicken burger in the bag...no peri salt on peri peri chips. no mayo. You are getting worse. we order from you because you have a varied menu but for gods sake will you get it right. you offered to send the burger but in your time!!!! it should go to the top of the list!!!!

Hi. Food is normally OK. Something is ALWAYS missing from the order and the food is never delivered in the time the website says. I begrudge paying a £5 delivery charge when I spend more than £30 each time I order

  Reply : Really sorry to here that we missed something, please give us a call and will get this resolved. The delivery charge is due to longer distance ( ng23 postcodes) from our restaurant and it normally take is 40mins in total for the trip and we have always tray to maintain the fair value for the delivery fee. We have not received our food yet but the app says we have. Also we have been waiting now for more than 1hr 20mins. We order from here all the time because my children love the food so it’s disappointing - the same happened last week too.
